RAINFORD PICNIC in the PARK TERMS and CONDITIONS

  • Wristbands are valid from 12:00 noon – 22:30 on Saturday 12th June 2021. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. wristbands purchased for the 2020 event are valid and NO wristbands will be sold on the day. If you do not have a valid wristband or skiddle ticket please do not attempt to gain access 
  •  Children must be supervised at all times. All under 18’s must be accompanied by responsible adult.
  • There will be catering outlets selling various food options and hot and cold drinks. We do not sell alcohol. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drink, including alcohol. This is a family event and as such security will not allow unacceptable behaviour.
  • NO GLASS – Any glass bottles, drinking vessels or jars containing food will NOT BE ALLOWED on site and will be removed subject to a bag check at site the entrance. (PLEASE NOTE – glass is permitted if it is for medicinal purposes, or found in spectacles, sunglasses or watch faces) NO SHARP OBJECTS – Only plastic cutlery and crockery is permitted on site. When packing your picnic please remember we do not allow glass or knives
  • Gazebo spaces available as a package along with 6 standard tickets. Maximum Gazebo Size 3m x 3m. gazebos must not be used with walls, inline with Gov safety advice for COVID 19  
  • Gazebos can be set up from 8am-10am on Saturday morning. After 10am the site is being fully set up so public access will be denied. Items left in gazebos prior to gates opening at 12 will be checked by security.
  • All Gazebos and personal items (chairs, tables etc) are the sole responsibility of the patron. Event organisers will not be accountable for loss or damage. Gazebos must be removed by 11am on 13th June.
  • All patrons are expected to clear up after themselves, using the bins provided on the day.
  • Last entry is at 8:30pm
  •  In the event of poor weather, the organisers reserve the right to refuse gazebos. Gazebo plot money of £20 will be refunded.
  • No pets
  •  No camp fires or BBQ’s
  • Organisers or security reserve the right to refuse entry to people. Organisers or security reserve the right to ask people to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or unmanageable, money will not be refunded.
  • Leave premises quietly when the event is over.
  • The organisers reserve the right to change the music line up as they see fit.
  • No parking available on the day. If you require disabled parking please contact us prior to the event.
  • By attending the festival you agree to the Terms and conditions set out here and also agree to the advice set out in the COVID 19 safety advice displayed on this website.
