- Tickets are non-refundable and are valid from 12:00 noon – 22:30 on the festival day. If you do not have a valid ticket, please do not attempt to gain access.
- Last entry or re-entry is 7pm.
- Under 18s will only be allowed entry or re-entry when accompanied by a responsible adult to a ratio of three under 18’s to one adult and supervised at all times during the event.
- There will be catering outlets selling various food options and hot and cold drinks. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drink, including alcohol. This is a family event and as such security will not allow unacceptable behaviour.
- NO GLASS – Any glass bottles, drinking vessels or jars containing food will NOT BE ALLOWED on site and will be removed subject to a bag check at the entrance. (Please note; glass is permitted if it is for medicinal purposes, or found in spectacles, sunglasses, or watch faces)
- NO SHARP OBJECTS – Only plastic cutlery and crockery is permitted on site. When packing your picnic, please remember we do not allow glass or knives.
- Gazebo spaces available as a package along with 6 standard tickets. Maximum Gazebo Size 3m x 3m.
- If you wish to bring your gazebo, table, and chairs to the ground prior to the gates opening at 12, you can do so from 8am-10am on Saturday 7th June and leave items at your own risk. All items will be subject to security checks on entry.
- Remember to bring a valid Gazebo plot ticket.
- All Gazebos and personal items (chairs, tables etc.) are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder. Event organisers will not be accountable for loss, damage, or accidents caused by your gazebo. Gazebos must be removed by 11am on 8th June 2025.
- In the event of poor weather, the organisers reserve the right to refuse gazebos; your plot space will still be valid.
- All ticket holders are expected to clear up after themselves, using the bins provided on the day.
- No pets.
- No campfires or BBQ’s.
- Organisers or security reserve the right to refuse entry to people. Organisers or security reserve the right to ask people to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unmanageable; ticket money will not be refunded.
- We operate a strict no drugs policy.
- Under 18s will not be allowed to enter the site with alcohol or consume alcohol on site. We operate a challenge 25 policy and reserve the right for the organisers and security staff to ask under 25s for proof of age if drinking on site.
- The organisers reserve the right to change the music line-up as they see fit.
- No parking available on the day. If you require disabled parking please contact us prior to the event.
- Photographs taken on the day may appear on social media and/or on our website.
- The organisers reserve the right to update these terms at any point prior to the event.

Note: Please note there will be a photographer on the day taking pictures for our website. If this presents a problem to anyone, please make it known to an organiser on the day.
