Friday Night at Picnic in the Park is operated by UK Events 4 U Limited. Friday's event is not part of Rainford's Picnic in the Park CIC.
Terms & Conditions - Friday June 6th 2025
Please note Terms and conditions on Friday and Saturday differ
- Tickets are non-refundable and are valid from 14:00 – 22:30
- Last entry or re-entry is 7pm
- Under 18s will only be allowed entry or re-entry when accompanied by a responsible adult to a ratio of three under 18’s to one adult and always supervised during the event
- There will be catering outlets selling various food options and hot and cold drinks. There will be a licensed bar. You will be unable to bring your own drink into the festival area except for one sealed water bottle per person. This is a family event and as such security will not allow unacceptable behaviour.
- NO GLASS – Any glass items will NOT BE ALLOWED on site and will be removed subject to a bag check at the site entrance. (Please note; glass is permitted if it is for medicinal purposes, or found in spectacles, sunglasses, or watch faces)
- Small bags will be allowed subject to security bag checks at the gate.
- NO SHARP OBJECTS
- All ticket holders are expected to clear up after themselves, using the bins provided on the day.
- No pets
- No campfires or BBQ’s
- Organisers or security reserve the right to refuse entry to people. Organisers or security reserve the right to ask people to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unmanageable, ticket money will not be refunded.
- We operate a strict no drugs policy.
- Under 18’s will not be allowed to buy or consume alcohol on site. We operate a challenge 25 policy and reserve the right for the organisers and security staff to ask under 25’s for proof of age if drinking on site.
- The organisers reserve the right to change the music line-up as they see fit.
- No parking available on the day. If you require disabled parking, please contact us prior to the event.
- Photographs taken on the day may appear on social media and/or on our website.
- The organisers reserve the right to update these terms at any point prior to the event.
** Please note there will be a photographer on the day taking pictures for our website. If this presents a problem to anyone, please make it known to an organiser on the day.
